Welcome to Manefold. This website, manefold.com, is operated by Honey Ham LLC, doing business as Manefold ("Manefold", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of our products. By visiting the site or buying something from us, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Money-Back Guarantee. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase from us. By placing an order you confirm that you are, and that any information you give us is accurate.
2. Our products are not medical treatments
Manefold sells cosmetic scalp and hair products and dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Results vary from person to person. If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition (including hair loss related to a medical cause), or take medication, talk to your doctor before using our products. Stop use and consult a doctor if you experience irritation or an adverse reaction. Keep products out of reach of children.
3. Orders and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting an order you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total shown, including any applicable tax and shipping. An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation; before then we may cancel or refuse any order, including for suspected fraud, resale or stock issues, and we will refund anything you have paid.
We try hard to keep pricing and product information accurate, but errors happen. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the order and refund you, even after you receive an order confirmation.
4. Subscriptions
If you choose a subscription, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method at the subscription price, at the frequency you selected, until you cancel. Each renewal is a new order under these Terms. You can skip a delivery, change the frequency or cancel at any time from the link in any order email or from your account; changes take effect for renewals not yet processed. Subscription pricing may change with at least 30 days' notice by email; you may cancel before the new price applies. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
5. Promotions and discount codes
Discounts, bundle pricing and discount codes are subject to the conditions stated with the offer, may not be combined unless we say so, have no cash value and may be ended or changed at any time. We may cancel orders that abuse a promotion.
6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Refunds, including our 30-day money-back guarantee, are set out in our Returns & Money-Back Guarantee. Those policies are part of these Terms.
7. Your account
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at hello@manefold.com if you think it has been used without permission.
8. Reviews and user content
If you submit a review, photo, video or comment, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit and display it in connection with our business, including in marketing, with or without your name. You confirm the content is your own, is truthful, and does not infringe anyone's rights. We may remove content at our discretion.
9. Intellectual property
The Manefold name, logo, product names, packaging, photos, copy and all other content on this site belong to Honey Ham LLC or our licensors and are protected by trademark and copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission, except to view the site and place orders.
10. Prohibited uses
You agree not to use the site or our products for anything unlawful, to resell our products commercially without our written consent, to interfere with the site's security or operation, to scrape or collect data from it, or to submit false information.
11. Third-party services
Our site runs on Shopify and our orders are fulfilled by a third-party fulfillment partner. Payments are processed by third-party providers. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites we link to.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
Except for the money-back guarantee described in our Returns policy, our products and site are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any product will produce a particular result for you.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honey Ham LLC, its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or order giving rise to the claim. Some states do not allow these limitations, so some may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Honey Ham LLC and its owners, employees and partners from any claims, damages or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our products, or content you submit.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at hello@manefold.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing a claim in small-claims court.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
17. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site and our products. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business.
